Since founding Stern & Stern’s Predecessor Law Firm, Polter & Stern, as one of its original partners in 2007, Mark has focused his practice on Real Estate and Trust & Estate matters. This included representing both individuals and entities in various purchase/sales in addition to refinancing & leasing of real estate. Mark has further drafted all the documents to facilitate any such commercial transactions as well as various wills and trusts for individuals requiring estate planning.
